Production Associate

$16/hour | Full-time

We are seeking production associates who are eager to engage in various responsibilities in the production process. This role is pivotal in supporting production manufacturing to meet customer deadlines. We welcome both experienced individuals and entry-level candidates from various backgrounds such as retail, fast food/food services, or other manufacturing sectors. The role involves testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging. Successful production technicians will acquire essential job skills, adhere to company policies, and work under close supervision to complete routine tasks.

Job Description

• Responsible for supporting production manufacturing to meet customer deadlines

• Testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging

• Navigate basic computer programs for documentation

• Monitor work to ensure quality standard is met

Shift

• 6:00am-2:00pm | Monday-Friday

Compensation & Benefits

• $16/hour

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing experience

• Basic computer skills

• Ability to sit and/or stand for the duration of the shift

• Ability to learn and be comfortable completing different tasks on a frequent basis

• Able to work cooperatively in a team and cross functional teams

• Willing to take on additional assignments

• Ability to use time effectively to manage tasks
