Aerotek Carpenter in Nashville, Tennessee

Aerotek is hiring skilled Carpenters to work with a local general contractor on projects in Nashville, TN. This is a long-term position that offers a starting pay of up to $28.00/hr and encourages growth within the company.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform basic carpentry duties on a commercial job site

  • Job duties include but are not limited to installing doors, cutting and installing baseboards, metal stud and/or wood framing, repairing drywall, installing countertops, etc.

  • Reading and interpreting blueprints to complete work

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of carpentry experience

  • Experience working on a commercial job site

  • Must understand OSHA/safety regulations

  • Must be able to read blueprints and have a set of tools

Work Environment/Skills:

  • Commercial remodel job in Northeast Nashville

  • 1st shift

  • 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

  • Must be open to working overtime as needed

  • Must wear steel toe boots (all other PPE is provided)

  • $26.00/hr - $29.00/hr depending on experience
