Job Description

We are seeking an experienced industrial electrician to join our team at a manufacturing plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing all electrical issues within the plant. This includes working on plant equipment and facility infrastructure. A working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, control circuits, motors, pumps, and industrial electrical power distribution is required. Familiarity with 480 voltage and 3-phase motors is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues within the manufacturing plant.

  • Work on plant equipment and facility infrastructure.

  • Maintain and repair hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, control circuits, motors, pumps, and industrial electrical power distribution systems.

  • Handle 480 voltage and 3-phase motors.

  • Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems.

  • Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and electrical schematics.

Essential Skills

  • Extensive electrical troubleshooting experience.

  • Knowledge of industrial wiring and conduit.

  • Experience as a maintenance technician with preventive and electrical maintenance.

  • Proficiency in working with 480 volts and 3-phase motors.

  • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints.

  • Understanding of control circuits, pneumatics, motors, pumps, and industrial electrical power distribution.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, Tennessee.

The pay range for this position is $33.84 - $33.84
