Job Title: General Operator
Job Description
As a General Operator, you will be engaged in a variety of tasks according to the season. Your responsibilities will include inspecting and maintaining seed crops, managing seed inventory, harvesting, seed packaging, cleaning, and supporting maintenance work. You will also be involved in warehousing and shipping seeds to meet customer demands. Tasks vary significantly with the seasons, requiring flexibility and adaptability.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in New Madrid, Missouri.
Work Environment
The role involves working both indoors and outdoors, and entails significant amounts of walking. The work schedule varies throughout the year, including night shifts, with additional pay for night hours. The role requires flexibility to adapt to changing shift patterns across different seasons.
