Job Title: Industrial Electrician
Job Description
We are currently seeking experienced Electricians for a local area electrical contractor. The primary focus of the work is within the Industrial sector, however there may also be light commercial, residential and other various electrical scope assignments. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in various electrical environments.
Hard Skills
4+ years of relevant electrical experience in commercial/industrial atmospheres
Experience installing cables and cable trays
Experience bending/running various size EMT and Rigid conduit
Ability to read blue prints with minimum supervision
Comfortable working at heights/out of lifts
Possession of own hand tools
Controls experience
Generac experience (plus)
Soft Skills
Ability to adapt to varying work environments
Comfortable working independently with minimum supervision
Comfortable working at heights
Job Type
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Months.
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Newark, Ohio.
Work Environment
Our work environment varies depending on the project. You may find yourself working inside or outside, underground or above, on new service work, industrial projects, in factories, and more. The weekly work schedule is Monday to Friday, 7am - 3:30pm with a 1/2 hour unpaid lunch break. Some overtime may be required as needed.
