Description:

Our client is looking for 3 electrical apprentices who can help out on multiple projects across Hampton Roads. Must have at least 1 year of experience in the electrical field. Other experience which can be a plus are landscaping, construction-general labor, or even residential electrical experience.

Work projects:

-Riverside hospital

-Chase Banks

Skills:

Conduit, Wiring, General labor, Hand tool, Construction, Troubleshooting, Conduit bending, Wire pulling

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

-Must be able to lift to 60-lbs. independently

-Apprentice and electrician daily duties include physical labor such digging, carrying/moving materials on job sites, cleaning up job site debris, climbing ladders, installing conduit, pulling wires in conduit, installing lights, installing wiring devices (receptacles & light switches), crawling in attic & under houses, rigging, climbing stairs, etc.

-Must have initiative to think ahead to plan workdays in advance

-Arrive to work on-time, daily

-Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic helping others

-Ability to multitask and stay organized different work environments

Interact positively with customers and the general public
