Aerotek Needs Assemblers!!!

Compensation: $18-$19 per hour

We are currently seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our team.

Job Description:

The Assembler will be responsible for assembling mechanical components

and systems according to specifications. This role requires precision,

attention to detail, and the ability to follow detailed instructions and

diagrams.

Key Responsibilities:

-Assemble mechanical components according to technical drawings and assembly

instructions.

-Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly fixtures to complete tasks.

-Inspect parts and assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy.

-Identify and report any discrepancies or defects in materials or processes.

-Maintain a clean and organized work area.

-Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

-Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and

deadlines.

Qualifications:

-High school diploma or equivalent.

-Previous experience in assembly or a related field is preferred.

-Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions.

-Proficiency with hand and power tools.

-Strong attention to detail and quality.

-Good communication and teamwork skills.

-Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

-Basic math and measurement skills.

Requirements:**

-Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

-Prolonged periods of standing and performing repetitive tasks.

-Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
