Aerotek Assembler in North Charleston, South Carolina

*Shift:* 1st Shift - 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday

*Pay:* $18-$19/hr to start – eligible for a $1 pay increase after 90 days

*Job Description:*

  • Demonstrating mechanical aptitude and excelling in the assembly of parts.

  • Managing small-scale inventory to ensure smooth operations.

  • Comfortably working on a fabrication floor to meet production goals.

  • Maintaining a well-organized workspace to optimize efficiency.

  • Being self-motivated and proactive in completing tasks.

  • Exhibiting exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Directing others on assembly tasks and leading a crew when necessary.

  • Possessing advanced knowledge of hand tools for efficient assembly processes.

*Requirements:*

  • Previous experience in assembly or related field preferred.

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools.

  • Ability to manage inventory and follow assembly instructions accurately.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Leadership qualities to guide others in assembly tasks
