Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

Join our team as a General Production Worker where you will monitor all phases of the reconditioning process. You will receive work assignments from the Production Supervisor and assist in resolving minor in-process issues. Your role includes reading, understanding, and interpreting customer contracts and special requirements, and operating necessary equipment to verify compliance with quality standards. You will follow work instructions/specifications to determine required assembly, exterior finish on a product, and any special options. Additionally, you will examine assemblies and connections for correct fit, fastening parts and sub-assemblies as per the instructions, and report any assembly problems/issues to the supervisor for evaluation and resolution. You will also contribute to the completion of reconditioning production reports.

Work Environment

Our facility is 7 years old, well-lit, and maintains a very mild temperature, providing a comfortable working environment except during the peak summer months. Our busy season runs from November to July. Work hours are from 6 AM to 2:30 PM, including two paid breaks and a 30-minute unpaid lunch. The kitchen is equipped with items available for purchase.
