Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Job Description
Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Worker where you will operate a tugger and manage product selections both by case and by hand throughout our expansive facility. You'll be equipped with an automated headset guiding your tasks—from identifying locations, selecting items, to determining quantities. After filling your tugger, your role involves wrapping cases in plastic and staging products at the dock doors for store delivery. Additionally, you'll engage in picking and packing orders within a fridge environment maintained at 55 degrees. Flexibility to work in various warehouse zones, including dry areas, refrigeration (35 degrees), or the freezer (-10 degrees) is essential.

Work Environment
You'll be part of a bustling 550,000 sq ft non-climate-controlled warehouse, with about 200,000 sq ft dedicated to refrigerator/freezer space. The role follows a 3-week rotating schedule, which includes working every other weekend. First shift starts at 7am without a fixed end time, typically resulting in an 8-hour shift, although duration can vary. Steel toe footwear is mandatory for safety.
