Lead Maintenance Technician:

Day Shift A: (Looking for 1 Lead Maintenance Technician)

• (6:00 AM-6:00 PM) - (Week 1: Sunday-Wednesday) (Week 2: Sunday-Tuesday).

Night Shift B: (Looking for 1 Lead Maintenance Technician)

• (6:00 PM-6:00 AM) - (Week 1: Sunday-Wednesday) (Week 2: Sunday-Tuesday).

Day Shift C: (Looking for 1 Lead Maintenance Technician)

• (6:00 AM-6:00 PM) - (Week 1: Thursday-Saturday) (Week 2: Wednesday-Saturday).

Night Shift D: (Looking for 1 Lead Maintenance Technician)

• (6:00 PM-6:00 AM) - (Week 1: Thursday-Saturday) (Week 2: Wednesday-Saturday).

Pay Range:

• $28-$37/hr (+shift premiums)

• Incentives: Performance reviews, annual bonus, & rapid development toward a leadership position.

Work Environment:

• The work environment is extremely clean, with certain areas of the facility being very cold. The current maintenance team consists of a maintenance manager and two technicians, with plans to expand to more than 12 team members.

Position Duties:

• Responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment.

• Responsible for troubleshooting and repairs of the following equipment: boilers, chiller, vacuum pumps, water pumps, packaging equipment, ammonia refrigeration systems, and electrical up to 480V

• Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting, and repair of production machines.

• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.

• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments.

• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
