Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to service and maintain 12 properties within a 20-minute radius of Roseville/St. Paul. The role includes performing preventative maintenance, repairs, tenant improvement tasks, and handling fixtures and light bulbs. Additional responsibilities involve general tasks like painting, carpentry, patchwork in construction, and MEP tasks in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical as needed.

This is a permanent position.
Work Site
This is a roving position, and will come with a company vehicle.
Work Environment
The work environment consists of 28 buildings across 12 property campuses, all commercial, including dental clinics, healthcare clinics, and chiropractic clinics, with a 90% tenant capacity. This role requires excellent customer service skills. The standard work hours are 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with an on-call rotation shared among 5-6 team members.
