Job Title: Quality Assurance Technician
Job Description
The Quality Assurance Technician ensures compliance with food regulatory requirements, identifies deficiencies or practices that could compromise food safety, quality, and defense. Responsibilities include monitoring production conditions, maintaining wash line concentrations, collecting environmental samples, and performing quality checks and equipment calibrations. The role also involves verifying production control forms, conducting inventory checks, and ensuring all products meet stringent company and regulatory standards. Additional tasks include lab duties, shipping and receiving verification, and adherence to all safety and operational guidelines.
Schedule
- 9:00pm-5:30am / Overtime required as needed
Shift(s): Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday

Work is performed on the production floor with 32 team members in the Quality Assurance department. The environment may be wet or dry with temperatures as low as 35F.
