Job Title: Laborer

Job Description

As a Laborer, you will be tasked with installing new windows and premanufactured metal window frames into commercial buildings and store fronts. Your responsibilities will include lifting up to 50lbs alone and collaborating with team members to handle heavier windows and frames. You will load windows and frames into a work van at the shop daily, transporting them to various job sites. Teams of 4-6 people will work together, depending on the size of the project.

Hard Skills

  • Minimum 6 months construction experience

  • Valid Driver's License

  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools

  • Ability to read measurements down to 1/32nd of an inch

  • Team collaboration

  • Effective communication

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in NA, Nebraska.

Work Environment

The installation crew works from 7am - 4pm or 7:30am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, with an expectation of 40-45 hours per week. The safety culture is paramount, with stringent guidelines in place to ensure worker safety. You must wear Ansi Rated Work boots with ankle support and composite toe; cowboy boots and shoes are not permitted.
