Painters Needed! Can Start Immediately!

Job Description:

• Operate necessary tools, as listed on the job description, to aid painting activities. (Pot/Pressure and gravity fed sprayer, mixer, solvent recycler, lift tables, air hoists, and various non-sparking hand tools.

• Computes amount and weights of paint, lacquer, solvent or thinner from standard formula and pours specified amounts into mixing machine.

• Examines work piece for scale, cracks, shade variances, or unpainted areas. Adjust settings for accurate paint delivery.

• Inspects painted surfaces for paint coverage, flow of paint, and color of paint.

• Measures thickness and viscosity of paint applied to objects.

• Follows company policies and adheres to safety regulations.

• Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• 6+ months of any type of painting experience

• 1+ year of power tool operating experience

• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds

• Ability to learn painting and be surrounded by fumes

• Previous manufacturing or production experience
