Job Description

Seeking diligent General Production Workers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for standing along a conveyor belt, pulling slabs of wood inspected for grade, and stacking them according to their grade on a material handling cart. The position requires the ability to lift, turn, and place items weighing 20-30 pounds consistently throughout the shift.

Work Environment

Work hours are from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with potential overtime extending to 3:30 PM, particularly from May to September. The work environment is subject to seasonal changes—hot in summer and cold in winter, though heating is provided. Conditions can be very dusty and smelly due to wood and sawdust, with continuous operation of fans and industrial HVAC systems. The team comprises 40 employees working on two different production machines. Standard attire includes jeans and a t-shirt, with steel-toe footwear required. All other necessary personal protective equipment such as glasses, ear protection, and gloves will be provided .
