Aerotek Electrical Technician in Orlando, Florida

Aerotek is actively hiring an electrical technician on first shift in Orlando, FL

Description:

  • Wire electrical panels according to electrical and mechanical drawings.

  • Assemble electrical panels and integration wiring.

  • Three phase wiring high voltage and low voltage for theme park rides like Fast and the Furious for Universal Studios.

  • Lead other technicians in the shop with daily assignment’s and projects.

  • Assist engineers with the modification of the electrical schematics.

  • Wire cables like 8AWG, 10AWG, 12AWG, 14AWG, 16AWG and 18AWG.

Qualifications: Troubleshooting, Installation, repair, blueprint interpretation, technical skills, assembly, Microsoft office, control panel, plc troubleshooting

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Proficient with all hand/power tools, skilled at problem solving and troubleshooting, comfortable interpreting blueprints and schematics, must possess high level of ability with mechanical and electrical componentry and familiarity with PLC systems
