Job Description
We are seeking an Inventory and Stock Room Assistant or Inventory Associate to support the test engineer R&D team in the labs. Due to increased demand, this role will involve processing incoming raw goods, tracking and storing them in the warehouse, and collecting items required for the R&D lab on an as-needed basis. The position involves working with inventory tracking systems and requires attention to detail and the ability to handle long sequence numbers regularly.
Responsibilities
Manage Incoming Goods: Receive and store raw materials in the warehouse.
Support R&D Lab: Gather necessary items for the lab as needed.
Inventory Tracking: Use the CATS system or other PC-based inventory tracking tools.
Data Entry : Maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks.
Stockroom Organization: Handle materials and keep the stockroom well-organized.
Work Environment: Spend about 70% of your time at a desk in the stockroom and 30% moving around inventory rooms and labs.
Team Collaboration: Work with a variety of personalities in a dynamic setting where each day brings new challenges.
Essential Skills
Experience : Over a year of experience in an inventory or stockroom setting, preferably in the electronics or semiconductor industry.
Computer Skills: Proficient in data entry using a computer.
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and detail.
Numerical Skills : Ability to read and manage long sequence numbers.
Communication : Effective communication skills and the ability to work well with diverse personalities.
Personality: A positive and adaptable personality is crucial for success in this role.
Inventory Systems: Experience with inventory tracking systems like CATS or similar.

Work Environment
Start Date: January 2025
Pay rate: $22-$24/hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
Contract: 6 months to start.
Your team would include around 6 other people.
