Job Title: Machine Operator
Job Description
This role focuses on producing parts for stainless steel hose assemblies. Responsibilities include feeding raw materials into a hopper, ensuring the machine runs properly and clearing any jams. You will follow detailed work instructions, load finished parts into containers for transfer, remove parts from the furnace, move them to the next stage of robotic operations, and visually inspect parts for quality assurance. Additionally, you will keep records of approved and defective units, package finished goods, and prepare them for shipping. The role requires setting up machines to start a production cycle and handling parts for semi-automated machines.
