Job Title: Carpenter
Job Description
We are seeking skilled Carpenter Foremen to join our team and work on new residential projects. The role involves both rough and finish carpentry, including backing, blocking, trim, cabinetry, and door installations.
Responsibilities
Perform rough and finish carpentry tasks on new residential projects.
Execute backing and blocking as required.
Install trim, cabinetry, and doors.
Read and interpret blueprints to ensure precise carpentry work.
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and complies with building codes.
Essential Skills
5+ years of residential carpentry experience.
Proficiency in rough and finish carpentry.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Experience with trim, cabinetry, and door installations.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills.

Work Environment
