Aerotek Human Resources Coordinator in Parsippany, New Jersey


Create partnership arrangements with local and national recruiting sources for referral of qualified covered veteran and disabled applicants;

Research to initiate a relationship with the Local Veterans' Employment Representative or their designee

Create partnership arrangements with veterans' service organizations to employ qualified covered veterans

Research to initiate relationships with the Veterans Administration Medical Center job placement programs

Detail outreach efforts and contacts at organizations

Send template letter to each organization identified

Your project deliverables:

Comprehensive listing of Organizations and detail outreach plans

Implement the first annual outreach and track performance and suggestions for improvements

Develop a tracker listing Organizations identified, outreach efforts and contacts made

Plan for an annual cycle with named accountabilities to ensure program and contacts are maintained

Top Skills Details:


1+ years of HR experience (internship is okay)

Experience with using MS Excel and PowerPoint

Experience with using different data sources to generate reports (i.e. HRIS program)

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

BS degree required - HR experience helpful

Ability to use multiple data sources to gather information required to complete tasks

Intermediate skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required

Attention to Detail

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in written and oral expression

Candidate must be self-motivated to complete tasks
