Job Title: Plant Manager
Job Description
As a Plant Manager, you will manage planning and execution to meet customer commitments and requirements. You are responsible for driving continuous improvement efforts across operations by applying lean principles to enhance safety, people, quality, delivery, and cost. In this role, you will develop, align, and maintain communications across the organization to achieve business objectives. Your results-driven approach will be crucial in a high-performance manufacturing environment. You will build a climate that empowers and motivates leadership and teamwork at all levels, enabling employees to perform at their highest potential while achieving departmental, site, and corporate goals.
Hard Skills
Bachelor’s degree in a technical related field or business or equivalent experience
Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in manufacturing operations
Minimum of 5 years of continuous improvement or lean manufacturing

Manufacturing and production facility, temperature controlled but very hot in the summer since near a furnace
