Aerotek Automation Technician in PAW PAW, Michigan

Description:

The Automation Technician is responsible for the beverage manufacturing and packaging equipment and requires strong Automation, Electrical and Instrumentation. Expected to be a multi craft Technician but will be more focused around PLC Programming and Instrumentation responsibilities.

Shift/Pay:

  • 1/2 Wed (1am-7am), Thurs, Fri, Sat - (7p - 7a)

  • $1.5 shift premium

  • Pay starts at $34.09, After 90 days with satisfactory performance pay goes up to $37.53

  • PLC Troubleshooting

  • Electrical Maintenance

  • Maintenance Technician

  • Preventive Maintenance

  • 3 Phase Motors

  • Blueprint

  • Journeyman Card

  • Allen Bradley PLC

  • Pneumatics

  • Automation Systems

  • Hydraulics

  • PLC/HMI Programming

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3 years of Industrial Maintenance

  • Electrical

  • Mechanical

  • PLC

  • Instrumentation and calibration

  • Journeyman Card (not needed)

  • Previous union experience (they have Steel Workers Union)

  • Previous food-grade experience

  • Waste water treatment experience
