Job Title: Robotic Welder
Job Description
The Fabricator – Robotic Fitter Welder assembles and welds a wide range of components by interfacing with the robot’s computer controls to program, set up, and weld the robotic welding machine. This role involves both robotic and manual welding processes and requires proficiency in GMAW and FCAW techniques. Responsibilities include programming robotic welders for optimal performance, selecting the most effective welding process and materials, controlling heat distortion, fitting up various fabrications, and performing other fabrication processes as needed. Additional duties involve operating overhead cranes, fork trucks, and handling large, awkward materials safely.
