Aerotek Maintenance Technician in Plymouth, North Carolina
Description:
We are seeking skilled maintenance mechanics for our production facility.
Ability to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment required for the job.
Assisting with raw material planning and logistics, production planning, quality control and finished goods distribution.
Ability to effectively produce products meeting all customer and internal quality standards.
4.Able to troubleshoot and repair the following:
Mechanical Systems:
• Architectural Blueprints - Interpret
• Conveyors
• Hydraulics
• Piping
• Power Transmission
• Schematics
o Interpret
• Welding
Electrical Systems
• Relay's
• Safety Interlocks
• Motors
• Schematics
o Interpret
Equipment:
• Air Compressor
• Bearings
• Conveyors
• Couplings
• Digester
• Filters
• Gearboxes
• Hoses
• Hydraulic Lifts
• Mixers
• Pumps
• Centrifugal
• Diaphragm
• Seals, Mechanical
• Silo’s
• Tanks
• Water Heaters
Work with hand and power tools on equipment in the field or on a work bench.
Operate various tools to fabricate misc. items as needed.
Perform scheduled Preventative Maintenance checks on equipment.
Assist in management of spare parts and maintenance supplies.
Perform housekeeping responsibilities.
Must be able to work overtime and rotating “On-Call” Duty to cover off shift and weekends.
Perform other duties as assigned in support of business goals and objectives.
