Warehouse Supervisor

$24.00 - $26.44/hour | Full-time

We are looking for an experienced warehouse supervisor to join our team in Pocatello, Idaho managing our Eastern warehouse! As a primary supervisor, you will work with coordinators and drivers for day-to-day operations, supervise equipment and facilities maintenance scheduling, and ensure compliance with AIB and food safety standards. You will also promote the efficient and effective use of the CERES (ERP System and Handheld Scanners) throughout the warehouse. Job Description

• Responsible for our Eastern warehouse distribution activities and overall efficiency

• Supervise warehouse coordinate and drivers in day-to-day operations

• Responsible for equipment and facilities maintenance scheduling

• Ensure the facility meets AIB and food safety compliance requirements

• Responsible for promoting efficient and effective use of the CERES (ERP system and handheld scanners) throughout the warehouse

• Promote a strong emphasis on customer service throughout daily interactions with staff, volunteers, and the community

Shift:

• 8:30am-5:30pm | Monday-Friday

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Truck scheduling experience preferred

• Warehouse supervisory/leadership experience preferred

• Experience in data collection and analysis, strong problem-solving, and ability to follow detailed instructions

• Ability to manage multiple tasks with excellent organizational skills

• Ability to work well with other staff and relate to donors and agency representatives
