Aerotek Tool And Die Repair in Port Huron, Michigan
Currently hiring a 2nd shift Tool and Die Repairman
Responsible for the following:
Assembly and installation of components for dies that are placed on the tooling bench by senior tool and die members
Utilizing basic mechanic tools for assembly of die and installing pins and tooling inserts
Required to read blueprints and make precise measurements
Hard Skills
Tool and Die repair experience
Proficiency in using hand tools
Ability to read Blue Prints
Experience with basic mechanic tools like vice grips, socket set and drivers, screw drivers, and wrenches
Work Environment
This position is set in a manufacturing environment, specifically a dedicated tool room. You will be working on die line-ups that are already placed on the tooling benches. You are expected to come in, get your repair list and install list for the dies, and begin your tasks.
