Job Title: Technician

Job Description

Completing foundation and flatwork projects for various residential and commercial properties. Using basic hand tools and power tools to build forms, pour and level materials, and eventually do finishing work.

Responsibilities

• Complete foundation and flatwork projects for residential and commercial properties.

• Use basic hand tools and power tools to build forms.

• Pour and level materials.

• Perform finishing work on concrete projects.

Essential Skills

• Experience with concrete work and construction.

• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.

• Ability to perform concrete finishing.

• Knowledge of concrete forms and troweling.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with foundations and general construction labor.

• Ability to work well in a team environment.
