Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
This role requires working directly with all phases of Injection molding including startup, operation, and maintenance of machines, automated conveying systems, auxiliary equipment, air compressors, liquid chillers, and robotic parts removal. Responsibilities include safely troubleshooting, upgrading, installing, and repairing all mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on injection molding and ancillary machines. The technician will also operate, maintain, and repair automations and robots, program robots and PLCs, and perform preventative maintenance as needed. Additional duties involve maintenance and repairs of plumbing, mechanical, and/or electrical equipment, inspecting and testing machinery, dismantling machinery for diagnoses and repair, fabricating parts, and assisting in equipment installations. The role demands maintaining a clean work area, following proper safety procedures, and adhering to company attendance policies.
