Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Join our team in a clean, comfortable, and modern facility where we prioritize safety, quality, delivery, and continuous improvement. As a Maintenance Technician, you will assist with various duties throughout the facility. Responsibilities include completing maintenance tasks, creating repair reports, assisting management with preventative actions, investigating and following up on root cause analyses for production losses or quality issues, participating in continuous improvement programs, and supervising equipment maintenance and repairs.
Hard Skills
Tig & Mig welding
Use of hand and power tools
Reading and interpreting documents such as safety rules, quality manuals, and blueprints
Writing work instructions and reports
PLC Troubleshooting
Industrial and Crane Maintenance
Use of personal computer software like Microsoft Windows and Excel
Crane and forklift operation (licensing can be obtained within the first three months of employment)

This is a permanent position.
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in PRINCETON, Indiana.
Work Environment
The position requires working in a climate-controlled warehouse and production facility. Shifts include 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, M-F (some weekends required). The role demands frequent standing, walking, lifting up to 100 pounds, and working near moving mechanical parts with a loud noise level. Proper safety equipment is mandator
