Aerotek 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician in Prior Lake, Minnesota

Job Description

We are actively seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preventative maintenance and repairs on various equipment such as industrial ovens, conveyors, freezers, belts, motors, and gears. Tasks include utilizing diagrams, sketches, manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications to ensure effective troubleshooting and maintenance. Additionally, you will remove defective parts using hoists, cranes, hand tools, and power tools, as well as maintain accurate equipment, parts, and supply inventories.

Work Environment

The work environment involves a food production facility that specializes in the production of pizza crusts, servicing major pizza chains with both fresh and frozen products. The shift for this position runs from 4 PM to 12 AM, Monday to Friday, with every other weekend required (Saturday and Sunday).
