Job Title: Structural Welder
Job Description
As a Structural Welder, you will be responsible for completing MIG welding on various housing units. This role involves using blueprints to set up and execute custom welds for different sized racks and houses. Your tasks will include blueprint reading, layout design, setting up, clamping, tack welding, and overall MIG welding to assemble the units.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Ramsey, Minnesota.
Work Environment
The work is conducted in a large, well-lit manufacturing building. You will be part of a team of 3-4 people, working in a fast-paced environment. Although the facility is kept clean, the nature of the work means you will get dirty. There is no air conditioning, but fans are used to maintain airflow. Steel-toed shoes and long pants are mandatory safety requirements.
