Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Job Description

As a Manufacturing Technician, you will operate equipment to precisely utilize raw ingredients to create flavor products. You will ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational procedures, utilize tools and electronic/computer systems for compounding and container filling, and match ingredients to shop orders. Additionally, you will follow production processes to verify and record information, maintain proper ventilation and safety equipment usage, and develop an understanding of Quality Control requirements. Your role also includes sampling, product testing, swabbing of equipment, and other duties as assigned. Training will be provided from 5am to 1:30pm for 2-4 weeks, with regular shift times from 8am to 4:30pm.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 641 Hour(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Rancho Cucamonga, California.

Work Environment

This role is located in a flavor and fragrances manufacturing company focusing on sweet flavors such as strawberry, root beer, and peanut butter. The team currently comprises 15 people, requiring the ability to work independently and proactively.
