Job Title: General Warehouse

Job Description

As a General Warehouse employee, you will have the opportunity to work in various departments throughout our plant, based on your past work experience and skillset. Your role will be involved with various processes pertaining to the production of aluminum parts for the automotive industry. You will be responsible for performing quality checks on product size, color, etc., before moving them forward to further processes. Departments you can be selected for include Finishing, Molding, Machining, Shipping/Receiving, and Trim. The role involves lifting up to 40lbs throughout the duration of the shift and requires flexibility with working overtime. Please note that work tasks can be repetitive.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 720 Hour(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in RAVENNA, Ohio.

Work Environment

We operate in three shifts: 1st shift from 7am-3pm, 2nd shift currently from 3pm-1am, and 3rd shift currently from 11pm-7am. Shift durations may change based on business demand and need. All employees must wear steel toe boots, long pants, and long sleeves. The plant is a large facility with various processes, including a foundry, machine shop, heat treating area, and quality inspection area. While you won't be within 25 feet of molten material, the plant can get hot due to the heat in the foundry, especially closer to the back of the plant. Please note that this is not a climate-controlled facility.
