Job Title: Ingredients Mixer

Job Description

As an Ingredients Mixer, you are responsible for precisely cooking dough according to recipe to maximize outputs, ensuring dough quality meets company standards. Your role includes cleaning and sanitizing machinery, maintaining strong team dynamics, continuous training, and performing safety and quality checks. You will handle machinery operations, quality inspections, lot changes, and supervise the training of new technicians. Additionally, you must comply with all safety and quality policies, participate in team efforts, and provide leadership through example.

Hard Skills

  • Experience in a manufacturing setting

  • Forklift and pallet jack operation

  • Ability to read and follow complex instructions

  • Proficient in basic arithmetic operations

  • Experience with raw ingredients and materials handling

Soft Skills

  • Detail oriented

  • Safety oriented

  • Strong communication skills

  • Leadership and training abilities

  • Ability to work under physically demanding conditions

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Reno, Nevada.

Work Environment

Work in a well-lighted, non-heated/non-air conditioned production setting with adequate ventilation, exposure to wet or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes, caustic chemicals, and high noise levels. Shift timing is from 10pm to 6:30am.
