Aerotek Production Associate in Reno, Nevada
Job Description
As a Production Associate you will be responsible to be an Ingredients Mixer. You are responsible for precisely cooking dough according to recipe to maximize outputs, ensuring dough quality meets company standards. Your role includes cleaning and sanitizing machinery, maintaining strong team dynamics, and performing safety and quality checks.
You will handle machinery operations, quality inspections, lot changes, and supervise the training of new technicians.
Skills
Experience in a manufacturing setting
Forklift and pallet jack operation
Ability to read and follow complex instructions
Proficient in basic arithmetic operations
Experience with raw ingredients and materials handling
Additional Skills
Detail oriented
Safety oriented
Strong communication skills
Leadership and training abilities
Ability to work under physically demanding conditions

This is a permanent position.

This is a fully on-site position in Reno, Nevada.
Shift
Monday - Friday, 10:00pm - 6:30am
