Job Title: Floor Technician

Job Description

Seeking a diligent Floor Technician to join our dynamic team, responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of floor surfaces within a major healthcare facility. This role involves utilizing various industrial floor care equipment and techniques such as stripping, buffing, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, shampooing carpet, and spot cleaning on different types of floor surfaces. You will perform both routine maintenance and restorative processes to ensure the floors meet high standards of cleanliness. Flexibility to work different shifts and weekends as needed is crucial.

Hard Skills

  • Operate scrubbing equipment

  • Operate polishing equipment

  • Operate burnishing equipment

  • Knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 3 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Richmond, Virginia.

Work Environment

Onsite at a major healthcare facility, primarily within the main hospital and the children's tower. Shift available: 2nd shift (3pm-11:30pm) OR 3rd shift (11pm-7:30am). Weekend work may be required as needed.
