Job Title: Wire Assembler in Hudson, WI

Job Description

  • Join our team as an Assembler! This role involves following work instructions/SOPs to complete various wire harness and cable assemblies.

  • Our products are utilized in numerous industries, including IT, aerospace, automotive, and agriculture.

  • You'll start with less complex tasks such as cutting wires, crimping, splicing, and soldering.

  • Gradually, you'll move to more complex tasks like assembling small server boxes.

  • You'll be required to document your work in a traveler that follows each job through the entire process. The job may involve standing or sitting for the entirety of the shift.

Work Environment

  • Our facility is an extremely clean, well-lit, temperature-regulated workspace.

  • Despite being a manufacturing facility, it is not loud but rather peaceful and quiet.

  • For your comfort, you are allowed to wear one earbud and listen to music while working.

  • The shift for this position is 1st Shift - 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
