Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Bagger and Taggers & Production workers to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling components at a workstation, operating machines in a safe and efficient manner, and adhering to all safety rules and regulations. The components are small in size, similar to that of a pen cap and will need to be assembled repetitively throughout the day. The role is entry-level and will require the use of steel or composite toe footwear.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Rochester Hills, Michigan.
Work Environment
We have multiple shift options available: 1st shift (7 am to 3 pm.), 2nd shift (3 p.m. to 11 p.m.) and 3rd shift (11 p.m. to 7 a.m. from Monday to Friday). Candidates must be available to come in 30 minutes before or stay 30 minutes after their shift when necessary. Occasional overtime may be required based on customer demand. The work environment is clean, climate-controlled, and housed in a new building. All workers will be trained to work in our 'clean room' and must adhere to strict safety and cleanliness guidelines, including wearing a lab coat and hair net throughout the entire shift. No smoking or vaping is permitted on the property, and no cell phone usage, eating, or drinking is allowed on the floor. We have a strict attendance policy in place, with no more than 3 absences permitted in the first 90 days.
