Job Title: Sheet Metal Foreman

Job Description

We are seeking a Sheet Metal Foreman with extensive knowledge of various architectural sheet metal products and systems. The ideal candidate will possess advanced planning skills to optimize workforce productivity, materials, and equipment. The role requires the ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, are essential. Additionally, the ability to perform basic arithmetic operations and apply common sense understanding to execute written, oral, or diagram instructions is crucial. The candidate must represent the company professionally, promoting a positive and productive environment. Critical skills include problem identification and resolution, multi-tasking, follow-through, priority setting, and a sense of urgency in task completion.

Work Environment

The physical demands for this role include regular activities such as sitting, using hands to handle or type, climbing ladders, bending, kneeling, talking, and hearing. The employee will also need to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, climb, balance, stoop, and kneel. Frequent lifting or moving of up to 75 pounds is required.
