Job Title: Welder
Job Description
Local manufacturing facility is in search of a MIG or TIG welder to join their growing team!
Welders will be responsible for MIG and/or TIG welding, set up of jobs, and measuring based off of customer blueprints and specifications. Some metal grinding will be necessary and quality is a must.
Welders will work in a climate controlled shop environment with other welders, machine builders, and maintenance personnel. Benefits, PTO, sick leave, and 401k available upon hire.
Skill Requirements
MIG or TIG welding
Blueprint reading and understanding
Machine building, fabrication, or assembly
Additional Information
Schedule: Monday - Friday, First Shift
Flexible schedule available to accommodate 4 day work week
Overtime available but not mandatory
Clean, climate controlled work environment
Welders will support custom projects for various industries
Monthly incentive bonus programs
