Aerotek Warehouse Supervisor in Rocky Hill, Connecticut

Description:

Currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversea 15 employees. The supervisor will be responsible to build a strong team, hold the team accountable and achieve daily production Metrix. Having the ability to coach, train and work with the client on performance update will be required.

Will be responsible to coach, teach and manage employee's around proper safety and proper utilization of Material Handling equipment.

Seeking someone that wants their team to be the best. The ideal traits for someone to be successful is having the proper mindset and to create followership.

Candidate will be responsible to coach and teach new hires in proper use of equipment and company policies and standards.

Schedule:

We need the ideal candidate to have a little flexibility. The times will be 8am until the job is finished. On average it's a 10hr shift and the ideal candidate may be responsible to work 1 weekend day when needed.
