Job Title: Process Technician

Job Description

Join our team and play a pivotal role in the production of photomasks, essential for semiconductor chip manufacturing. As a Process Technician, you will set up and operate various automatic or semi-automatic machines, following precise instructions to ensure quality and precision. No prior experience? No worries! We provide comprehensive on-the-job training, although having previous manufacturing experience and computer skills could be advantageous. This role requires working in a clean room environment and being open to a compressed 12-hour shift that includes weekends.

Work Environment

This position operates in a fully air-conditioned, cleanroom manufacturing setting within a high-development team and feedback-rich environment. Despite being a smaller company of 250 employees, there is a strong emphasis on positive work culture and teamwork. Shift work includes only 3-4 days per week, offering a balanced schedule.
