Job Description
Production Operators:
Will be preparing and monitoring the line, which cuts long strands of material into smaller pieces.
Will be responsible for keeping the rack supplied with spools by tying spools together so that the active spool transitions seamlessly to the backup spool.
Will specify the type of cut by entering the function on an HMI screen (Graphic User Interface).
Will also monitor the eyelets and remove any carbon fiber buildup, as well as monitor other areas of the line for buildup throughout the process.
Responsible for collecting bags of finished product and tying them closed.
As the role progresses, they will be taught how to build backup chopper heads for the lines
Additional Skills & Qualifications
One year of manufacturing OR construction/carpentry/outdoor labor experience required.
Basic math skills
Strong attention to detail
Work Environment
All shifts are 12-hour shifts, with two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute lunch break
There are openings on both day shift and on night shift
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $23.28
