Job Title: Production Operator
Job Description
Seeking a diligent and physically capable Production Operator to join our team in a food coloring facility. Responsibilities include accurately checking all paperwork, mixing and blending both liquid and dry substances, packing out finished products, and maintaining cleanliness of equipment and work area. Successful candidates will regularly move boxes weighing up to 50lbs and handle pushing/pulling tasks up to 400 lbs in a hot, dusty, and dirty environment. Color residue on clothing and skin is expected, and candidates must pass a respirator clearance before starting.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Saint Louis, Missouri.
Work Environment
The work environment requires wearing a half mask with P100 filters due to dust. Candidates are expected to be clean-shaven and capable of doing moderate to heavy work for up to 8 hours while wearing them. All new hires will undergo document review and on-the-floor training on their first day, and should arrive dressed appropriately for a dirty work environment, avoiding shorts, cut-off, or sleeveless shirts. A change of clothes for the end of the day is advised. It is crucial that new hires understand the role they are accepting and come prepared.
