Job Title: Water Operator
Job Description
Seeking a Water Operator with a minimum of 6 months experience in the oil & gas industry. The role involves working at various locations, with the main yard based in St. Marys, but assignments may also include Morgantown and Waynesburg. Responsibilities include staffing on fracs, operating at pump stations, monitoring tanks, and managing the setup and takedown of equipment. Additional duties entail loading, unloading, identifying, and distributing materials and tools according to project specifications, maintaining construction sites, and operating construction equipment.
Hard Skills
Knowledge of construction machines and tools and experience utilizing them on the job
Experience in oil & gas industry
Ability to operate hand and power tools
Capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting (up to 100 lbs)
Soft Skills
Ability to work long hours (75+ hours per week)
Willingness to work night shifts
Adaptability to work in outdoor environments
Strong coordination and focus throughout shifts
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Morgantown, West Virginia.
Work Environment
Outdoor work environment, requiring flexibility to work 12-14 hour shifts, including night shifts. Shift hours: 6a-6p, or 6p-6a
Benefits
This is a long-term, permanent position! Health, Dental, Vision, and 401k Benefits are offered and there is an opportunity to grow into higher level roles within the company. Starting Pay: $17/hr (depending on industry experience) Hourly Compensation will also include time& half for any hour worked over 40.
