Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic
Job Description
We are seeking skilled Maintenance Mechanics for both day and night 12-hour rotating shifts. The role involves maintaining and repairing production lines to ensure smooth operations in a food manufacturing plant. Key responsibilities include performing routine and preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical systems, and updating and installing equipment. The position requires close collaboration with production teams to minimize downtime and ensure compliance with high food quality regulations.

Work Environment
The role is based in a milk plant, adhering to strict food quality regulations. Mechanics will work in highly sanitary conditions, wearing hairnets and gowns. Shifts are divided into two teams, with each team covering part of the week and alternating Saturdays.
