Aerotek Production Supervisor in Saint Paul, Minnesota
Description:
Seeking a 1st Shift Production Supervisor to lead and direct production team. Employee will be responsible for the following:
Hiring, training, and directing production employees
Meet daily productivity and quality metrics
Responsible for inventory control
Maintaining and enforcing safety protocol
Production scheduling
Responsible for a team of 15-20 employees
