Aerotek Qc Lab Analyst in Saint Paul, Minnesota
Position: Quality Control Lab Analyst
Duties/Responsibilitie s:
The responsibilities of this position include performing routine quality control testing of pharmaceutical products and related materials in accordance with site policies, departmental procedures, compendial methods, and cGMP regulations.
High productivity and the ability to multi-task coupled with a low error rate and attention to detail are critical characteristics of this position.
Perform bench work such as FTIR, HPLC, GC, dissolution and transdermal physical testing.
Must demonstrate flexibility/agility and engagement in a changing environment. The candidate is expected to display good laboratory technique meeting QbD standards and meet all regulatory requirements.
Shift: Days; no weekends.
Pay Range: $26-$40/HR (depends on experience)
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant science field with minimum 1-3 years’ experience.
A minimum of 0-2 years’ experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing laboratory environment
Knowledge of analytical techniques including HPLC, (GC, FTIR and dissolution experience a plus).
Preferred Skills/Abilities:
1-2 years’ experience in the FDA drug/pharmaceutical industry
Knowledge of analytical method development and validation • Experience using chromatographic software (Empower 3 – strongly preferred)
Knowledge with cGMP, cGLP, USP and the regulatory requirements for pharmaceuticals
Experience in statistical data analysis and QbD principles
Must be able to think critically and troubleshoot typical analytical (HPLC) instrumentation problems.
Interview process:
30-minute Teams interview with hiring manager
If the hiring manager likes them, then a 1.5-2-hour onsite interview will be scheduled with them and the team.

Holiday Pay:
1-5 years = 80 hours 6-11 years = 120 hours 12-25 years = 160 hours 25+ = 200 hours

The company will provide educational assistance in the form of reimbursement to eligible employees up to a maximum of $5,250 per calendar year, for coursework at a degree or certificate granting institution at either high school, vocational, college or graduate level
