Job Title: Raw Bay Operator
Job Description
As a Raw Bay Operator, you will play a crucial role in managing the intake and processing of milk from incoming trucks. Responsibilities include connecting hoses to machines to transfer milk from trucks. You will handle 15-28 trucks during the day shift and 3-5 trucks during the night shift. Night shifts also involve cleaning tanks and preparing them for the next day. You will take milk samples for lab testing, complete documentation to confirm schedules, and verify quantities. The role requires frequent data entry and documentation across various systems. After mastering these tasks, you will also learn aspects of blending operations.
